About
Welcome to my practice! I believe that seeking therapy is a sign of strength and courage. When we are motivated to change, we can begin to build healthy and rewarding relationships with ourselves and others. My goal is to provide a safe atmosphere and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to uncover unhealthy thinking patterns and learn new coping skills to create a better quality of life.

I specialize in treating adolescents, adults, and couples. My approach to therapy is eclectic, using a variety of approaches. Primarily a Cognitive Behavioral psychologist, I often borrow from a variety of techniques such as Humanistic, Person-Centered, and Solution Focused therapies.

My training included Psychological Assessment (Children, Adolescents, and Adults) and Mediation Services.
